Terms and Conditions

  • 1- We accept cash or major credit/debit cards.
  • 2-We charge 60p for credit and debit card transactions.
  • 3- Orders must be £9 or more to be accepted.
  • 4- Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • 5- Any online offer cannot be used in conjunction with another offer. As well as that, offers, online or not, may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
  • 6- Alcohol drinks can not be bought with any online or offline offers. Alcohol drinks must be paid separately, can not be bought in conjuction with any other online or offline offers.
  • 7- The pictures are illustration purpose only.

Privacy Statement

All data gathered as a result of your custom will be treated as confidential and will not be divulged to third parties.

If your name is on our database and you request that we remove it, we will do so within 72 hours of receiving your request. To request removal from our database or alteration to your existing entry, contact us using the contact details supplied at the foot of the next page.

Payment

Our delivery drivers only carry up to £10 in change; payment must be in British Pound Sterling (£).

You may pay using a debit or credit card, such as Mastercard or Visa.

Upon submitting your order details, you are legally bound to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order. We reserve the right to refuse your purchase(s) should such an action be in any way necessary.

In the event of needing to issue a refund we will end eavour to credit your account within 7 - 10 working days.

Ordering and Cancellation of Orders

Your Order Confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the products ordered and paid for in full. If someone else made the booking on your behalf, you agree that said person acted in such a way on your behalf.

Amendments to your order or delivery time can be made no later than 45 mins prior to the start of your chosen delivery window. Amendments to the content of your order can be made up to 45 minutes before the delivery window begins. Amends to the order must be made by phoning our shop directly . Your initial payment will be cancelled and a new transaction made.

The delivery time slot may be altered up to 45 minutes before the start of your order window. Your order can only be changed to a new time slot if one is available.

Orders may be cancelled fully up to 45 minutes before the start of your selected delivery window. We will endeavour to issue a refund to your credit/debit card account within 7-10 working days. Cancellations within 45 minutes of the start of the delivery window will be charged in full.

Any online offer cannot be used in conjunction with another offer. As well as that, offers, online or not, may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Products

Side orders are subject to availability. In most cases, our duty manager will offer an alternative for any out-of -stock item.

Although every care is taken, some products sold by our shop may contain nuts. Despite the great care that has been taken to remove all bones from chicken and meat, some may remain.

Minimum order value applies, and you will be notified - if you are ordering online- when you reach the basket if your order is below the minimum value.

Delivery times

Our goal is to provide the best food delivery service possible which includes an excellent reputation for on-time delivery i.e. delivering your order at the time we quote. Unfortunately, things don't always go to plan and factors such as weather, staff illness and traffic occasionally prevent us from achieving our best.

Latest Order Time

Due to licensing laws, we are unable to accept orders for either delivery or collection less than 20 minutes before our closing time. We would also advise customers who are making their orders that we will be unable to serve them should they not arrive at our store prior to closing time.
